An enigmatic and fascinating honey, discovered in the state of Piauí, produced by a native bee species not yet identified by science. Affectionately nicknamed “Brabo” by local meliponiculturists, this rarity presents an extremely acidic, fermented, and complex sensory profile.
After a year of research and collaboration with the Bela Vista Association of Stingless Beekeepers, we are proud to launch this honey as an exclusive and unprecedented micro-lot, now available through MBee.
