The honey
It has not yet been decided which honey I will bring, but it is certain that it will be a heather honey.
The beekeeping
The bees are placed on heather along the west Jutland coast, where the focus is on the amount of heather surrounding them. My passion is beekeeping, and it has been my hobby for 12 years.
I work daily at the Aulum Beekeeping Center. In 2023, I won gold for my heather honey at the Danish Championship, and in 2024, I received silver for heather honey at the Danish Championship. Klaus Madsen: [email protected]
