The honey
This native stingless bee species thrives among shrubland ecosystems in the El Oro province of Ecuador, ranging from 50 to 1500 meters above sea level. Known locally as “catiana,” it plays a vital role in pollination and biodiversity conservation within subtropical and tropical zones.
