The honey
This honey is influenced by cinnamon, cloves and avocado. The moisture contents range from 18% to 19%.
The beekeeping
Jessamine Eden Farms is a conservation project located in the foothills of the Grand Etang Rain Forest Grenada. Over 15 years a special planting scheme of medicinal plants and sanctuary was created for the honeybees resulting in honeys with high bioactivity when extracted at particular times of year and using proprietary hive management techniques.
The farm is owned and operated by Dr Valma Jessamy and Jerry Edwin. Honeys from other regions of the Island and Miscard Eco garden will also be presented. |
