The honey
The honeys are polyfloral and extracted from three distinct flowering seasons. The first season honey is influenced by cinnamon, cloves and avocado; Second season honey is influenced by a large mix of native medicinal plants with citrus as a major nectar source as well; Third Season honey is from wild flowers and medicinal plants and honey dew. The moisture contents range from 18% to 19%.

Jessamine Eden Farms is a conservation project located in the foothills of the Grand Etang Rain Forest Grenada. Over 15 years a special planting scheme of medicinal plants and sanctuary was created for the honeybees resulting in honeys with high bioactivity when extracted at particular times of year and using proprietary hive management techniques.
The farm is owned and operated by Dr Valma Jessamy and Jerry Edwin, Esq Honeys from other regions of the Island and Miscard Eco garden will also be presented. |
