La1, Summer Honey
The honey
In Latvia, there are still a number of natural meadows where wild plants bloom. These plants do not produce large nectar harvests, but the variety of plants is great, they bloom for a month or more, and even though they produce relatively little nectar, bees still collect it in small quantities, over a longer period of time.
Often, a beekeeper harvests this honey only once in a season, when the bloom of the wild plants has ended. This honey is very valuable because it contains various types of nectar from a large number of plants. Honey is usually in medium-intensity amber color, without a specific aroma and taste, but with a very harmonious, balanced and pleasant flavor overall. The beekeeping
