Honey was extracted with a centrifuge extractor and contains pollen traces typically but not solely, originating from nectar collected from; Red clover (Hedysarum coronarium), Boar thistle (Galactites tomentosa), Citrus trees (citrus spp.) and borage (Borage officinalis), and Mediterranean thyme (Thymbra capitate).
