The honey
This is a seasonal summer honey harvested in late August in Lofoten, Northern Norway (68°N). The nectar flow lasts from May to August and comes from dandelion, white clover, syringa, raspberry, fireweed and heather. The bees work under the midnight sun, and the honey has a mild, floral taste. It highly flavored and known for its light Arctic character.
