Sw6, Bell Heather Honey

The honey

The honey is from Bell Heather (Erica) and it's not common to get a pure one from Sweden.
We more often get the Calluna type so we're very happy and proud of this honey.

It was harvested late august 2024 and collected in the woods of Halland. The signature of this area is that we get very delicate flavours in honey here.
The lack of heavy bitterness makes the floral, the delight liquorice and light roasted coffee parts much more intense and you will be able to pick up so many different aromas in this honey.
