MOJ Honey works directly with experienced beekeepers in Shabwa (Jardan Valley) and Hadramout. These regions are known for their biodiversity, dry climate, and pristine conditions that support high-quality monofloral honey.
Our partner beekeepers are multi-generational, nomadic experts, often inheriting their knowledge through family traditions passed down over centuries. They rely on natural foraging, seasonal migration of hives, and manual cold extraction, avoiding any additives, heating, or artificial feeding.
